1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all major cities and regions throughout Pakistan.
For remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery may take slightly longer or include additional fees.
2. Delivery Timeframe

Standard delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days after your order has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or Pakistan public holidays will be processed on the following working day.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as courier schedules, weather, or traffic conditions.
3. Shipping Charges

Free delivery applies to certain items or during promotional campaigns, as specified on the product page.

For other orders, shipping fees will be clearly shown at checkout.

Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless an error occurred on our part.
4. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
We may also contact you to verify your order before dispatch — orders that remain unconfirmed may face delays or cancellation.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner will make up to two delivery attempts.
If the customer is unavailable or refuses delivery without a valid reason, the order may be canceled and delivery fees deducted from any applicable refund or store credit.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your address and contact information are entered correctly at checkout.
KhaanVaade will not be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or extra charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
7. Inspection Upon Delivery
We encourage customers to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
If you notice any damage or incorrect items, please inform the delivery agent and contact us within 24 hours with photos or videos as proof.
Once an order is accepted without reporting issues, it will be considered received in good condition.
8. Change of Address After Dispatch
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
Any rerouting requests made after dispatch will be subject to additional courier fees and may cause delays.
9. Final Decision Clause
KhaanVaade reserves the right to deny free re-delivery or compensation in cases where:

All shipping-related decisions made by KhaanVaade will be final and binding.
